UK DELIVERY
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery
- Order before 19:00 for Express Delivery, 5 days per week
- £5.95 Express / Next Day Delivery cost
- Restrictions apply, this service is not available on Bank Holidays
- Note: Delivery is only available in England, Wales, Scotland
- During busy period’s some Premium/Express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable
International Orders:
– Delivery times vary, depending on your destination address and customs processing in your local country. We cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond our control
Orders are shipped via our preferred couriers: Royal Mail Tracked and/or Signed For Delivery
Returns
We generally do not accept returns on items if you simply change your mind. Acceptable returns should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. Return items to us by post within 30 days of receipt.
- All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and cannot be accepted by our returns department.
To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.
UK Returns Procedure:
Please contact us by completing the contact form or sending an email at info@assuranceglow.co.uk. Your message should contain the Order Number from your Confirmation Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. - Â Instructions on how to return the item(s) will be sent to you via email
- Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
- Â Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
- Â Request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the return parcel go missing. (Please note: We will not be liable for any lost returns,
- Â A refund will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving back in our warehouse.
- Â Please note: We will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

Cancellation
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Please note that orders can only be cancelled provided that the item/s have not shipped. Therefore, please message us as soon as possible.
